Registration includes access to academic and social activities. Including lunch, coffee periods, banquet, tour to the castle of San Felipe. Banquet participation is included in all categories registered, but costs Col$250.000 for non-registered accompanying persons.
To access to a Student tariff it is necessary to include in PDF, Word format a valid Academic Institution Certification that proofs that the person acquiring the ticked is indeed a currently enrolled student in the institution, or that the work submitted to the conference was the result of the person purchasing the ticket while he was a student. Student status will be marked on the nametag.
We will only consider active memberships that are valid until at least end of May 2024. In case you are uncertain about your status, you may send us a request to check beforehand (pps39@uniandes.edu.co). After registration as PPS member, we will check your membership status within two workdays. In case you are not an active member until at least end of May 2024, we will request an additional payment to cover the non-member/renewal fee.
The Accompanying Person registration ONLY grants access to the social activities of the conference. It does not include access to ANY academic related activity such as Plenary meetings, Industrial Keynotes (IKN), Distinguished Keynotes (DKN), and Oral Presentations (PT).
Cancellations will be only accepted for well-founded circumstances. Terms of cancellation are as follows: 90% of registration fee refunded until April 10, 2024 (expired); 50% of registration fee refunded until May 10, 2024; no refunds possible for cancellations after May 10, 2024.
