Poster Guidelines
Layout
We do have a template for the posters. Please use it to create your poster presentation. The size of the template is 80 cm x 120 cm. At the beggining of each day corresponding to the poster session, staff members located at the venue reception will recieve the posters and will locate them in the assigned space. The poster boards will be designated with the poster number, title and author names. No printing facility is available at the venue so please plan accordingly. Each poster session will have an evaluating committee that will choose the best 2 poster presentations. The first place will recieve 300 USD and the second 200 USD.
Poster Awards Sponsors
For the poster awards for each session, a sponsor will give both awards to the selected posters
