Poster Guidelines
Layout
We do have a template for the posters. Please use it to create your poster presentation. The size of the template is 80 cm x 120 cm. Each presenter must hand over their poster on the registration timeframes before their assigned poster session. After recieving it, PPS 39 staff will locate the poster in its assigned space. The poster boards will be designated with the poster number, title and author names. Please locate your poster’s assigned space and add your poster. No printing facility is available at the venue so please plan accordingly. Each poster session will have an evaluating committee that will choose the best 2 poster presentations. The first place will recieve 300 USD and the second 200 USD.
Poster Awards Sponsors
For the poster awards for each session, a sponsor will give both awards to the selected posters
